Membership in the Portage Lake Sportsmen is available by submitting a membership application, a signed copy of the PLS Rules and Regulations (new in 2011), and the appropriate payment. Upon approval and processing, the member will receive membership credentials by US mail. Annual memberships start on May 1st of the current year and end on April 30th of the following year. Membership entitles each member to access to the club property for the use of the supplied shooting facilities and voting rights at the annual meeting.

The following membership classifications are available:

• Life: non-expiring membership which includes spouse and minor children
• Regular: annual membership which includes spouse and minor children
• Senior: annual membership which includes spouse
• Student: annual membership for high school and college students

2) Use the online membership application to submit payment via PayPal.

Mail In Membership Application

1) Print and sign the Rules & Regulations Agreement (.pdf format). You should also keep a copy for your reference.

2) Print and complete the current membership application (.pdf format).

3) Mail the rules and regulations agreement, membership application, and a check for the appropriate amount to:
